The brief
Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ: ADP) provide payroll solutions for the world, with nearly $9 billion in revenues and almost 600,000 business clients they are the third largest payroll company in operation. Many of their clients have unbanked employees that receive their salary in a cheque format. ADP partnered with cashplus to provide a manageable salary solution for unbanked employees in the UK. I was tasked with creating the online solution.
My work
- I created the brand identity for the partnership between ADP and cashplus brands.
- I worked to complex compliance and finance regulations.
- User research performed by both companies revealed broad target populations with differing demographic, psychographic and technographic breakdowns. The website strategy document I wrote considered all of these and propsed a simple payroll solution that would appeal to the target audience.
- The information architecture and wireframing followed a series of user and stakeholder workshopps.
- Usability testing ensured the website served functionality and content at the appropriate stages of the user journey.
- The site was coded to DDA accessibility guidelines.
